Who it is for
The Weekend Escape is made for people who live in Morocco: friends from Marrakech, colleagues from Agadir, students, families or a group from Essaouira who want to see the ocean, Taghazout and the dunes without organising anything. It works for a weekend or any two days of the week.
The programme
Day 1: arrival and the rooftop
We pick the group up in Marrakech, Agadir or Essaouira and drive you to our riad in the centre of Tamraght, a small surf village between Agadir and Taghazout. You settle in, watch the sunset from the rooftop with mint tea, and walk around the village, full of cafés and small restaurants.
Day 2: Taghazout and the Timlalin dunes
After a Moroccan breakfast on the rooftop, we visit Taghazout, the famous surf village: the beach, the colourful streets and a coffee in a café, offered. In the late afternoon we drive to the Timlalin dunes for the sunset, with mint tea in the sand.
Day 3: breakfast and the road home
A last breakfast on the rooftop, then we drive you back to Marrakech, Agadir or Essaouira.
How long is the road?
From Agadir, Tamraght is about 30 minutes away. From Essaouira, about 2 h 30 along the coast. From Marrakech, about 3 h 30 on the motorway. The transport is included, at the same price from the three cities.
Price and booking
